By using Snapo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
Intended use
Snapo is designed to help teams organize orders, inventory, customer context, activity records, and operational reports. You are responsible for using the app in a lawful and appropriate way for your organization.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the credentials used to access your Snapo workspace and for reviewing the accuracy of the information entered into the app. Do not share credentials with people who are not authorized to use your workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Snapo, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's account, introduce malicious content, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the orders, inventory records, customer information, notes, photos, recordings, and other content you add to Snapo. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Media and permissions
Snapo may request access to Camera, Photos, or Microphone when you choose related features. You may decline or later withdraw these permissions, but some capture features may not be available without them.
Intellectual property
Snapo, its name, design, software, visual materials, and related content are owned by Snapo or its licensors. You may use the app for your internal business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Snapo without permission.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Snapo when necessary to maintain or improve the app. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer
Snapo is provided as an operations management tool. To the extent permitted by law, Snapo is provided without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every business decision.
